1. Reservation Options

1.1 Free Early Interest Registration. Guests may register interest at no charge. Registration is not an accommodation reservation and does not guarantee dates, a tent, availability, or promotional pricing. Communications are subject to guest preferences and applicable privacy requirements.

1.2 Early Reservation Package. Eligible guests may purchase the seven-night Early Reservation Package at the price and with the included benefits displayed on the Early Reservation promotional page at the time of booking. The initial deposit counts toward the total Package price. Any balance is payable under the disclosed installment schedule. Eligibility, payment deadlines, and applicable promotional terms will be disclosed before purchase and confirmed in writing. A deposit alone does not guarantee dates until JB Hospitality issues written confirmation.

1.3 Founder's Reservation. The Founder's Reservation is a fully prepaid seven-night glamping entitlement at the price displayed on the Founder's Reservation promotional page and agreed at purchase. There will be no further base accommodation charge for the original seven prepaid nights. There may be no more than 100 original Founders. JB Hospitality may adjust the number of positions offered, but never above 100; previously confirmed Founder benefits will not be reduced by such adjustments. The reservation conveys no equity, ownership, investment, or legal membership interest.

1.4 Standard Stays (Book a stay). Guests may also request a standard stay at the published nightly rate on the Book a stay page. A request is not a reservation until JB Hospitality confirms availability in writing and payment is received. The cancellation, change and refund terms for a standard stay will be stated in your written confirmation before you pay. The seven-day refund protection, the 100% Future Lodging Credit Guarantee and Founder privileges in these policies apply to Early Reservation and Founder's Reservation purchases, unless your written confirmation for a standard stay says otherwise.

2. Reservation Confirmations

A reservation is confirmed when JB Hospitality issues written confirmation identifying the guest, reservation category, confirmed dates and accommodation arrangement, included benefits, payments received, balance and deadlines, and applicable conditions. Requests for specific tents or dates remain subject to availability. If requested dates cannot be confirmed, the guest may request alternatives or exercise applicable refund rights.

3. Early Reservation Date Changes and Cancellations

3.1 First date change. One complimentary change of confirmed Early Reservation dates preserves the original agreed promotional Package price, subject to available replacement dates and written confirmation by JB Hospitality.

3.2 Further date changes. Additional changes carry no administrative rescheduling fee but are subject to availability and the Package rates applicable when the change is requested. Any difference will be disclosed before the guest accepts the change.

3.3 100% Future Lodging Credit Guarantee. An eligible Early Reservation canceled before scheduled check-in receives a future lodging credit equal to 100% of payments made toward the Package, without deductions for included breakfast or promotional benefits. The credit is valid for 36 months from issuance; replacement stays must be completed by expiration. It may be applied to lodging at participating Just B Resorts properties, subject to availability and rates at replacement booking. The guest pays any price difference; unused credit remains available until the original expiration. Original promotions are not automatically retained. Credits are not cash-redeemable except where a refund right applies.

3.4 No-shows. JB Hospitality will make reasonable efforts to contact a guest who fails to arrive and will hold the confirmed accommodation for 24 hours after scheduled check-in. It may then release the accommodation. If the stay has not begun, eligible Package payments remain protected by the 100% Future Lodging Credit Guarantee.

3.5 Early departures. Guests who check in but leave early may receive credit for unused nights, calculated as the agreed seven-night Package price divided by seven, multiplied by the number of unused nights. The departure night counts as used. The guest must notify resort management; the resulting credit lasts 36 months from issuance under the standard credit conditions.

3.6 Other rights. These policies do not displace the seven-day cash refund protection, resort-initiated cancellation remedies, or mandatory legal rights.

4. Founder's Reservation Privileges and Redemption

4.1 Original and future-resort priority. Original Las Terrenas Founders may request accommodation reservations 30 days before availability is opened to the general public at the original resort. They also receive priority reservation opportunities at participating future Just B Resorts properties, subject to each property's rules and availability. No specific tent or date is guaranteed.

Exclusive Founder enrollment at future resorts. If a participating new Just B Resorts property offers a Founder program, JB Hospitality will notify eligible original Las Terrenas Founders and offer them a 30-day exclusive enrollment period before enrollment opens to the public. Enrollment is voluntary and subject to the new program's terms, pricing, eligibility and limited positions; it is not automatic or guaranteed.

Lifetime privilege. These priority and first-enrollment opportunities remain personal lifetime privileges of original Las Terrenas Founders for as long as the applicable participating programs are offered. They do not pass to recipients of transferred glamping nights.

4.2 Prepaid seven-night entitlement. The original Founder's seven glamping nights must be completed by April 3, 2030, unless an extension or other applicable remedy is provided. Subsequent published rate increases do not increase the base accommodation cost of those prepaid nights.

4.3 Date changes. Founders may request changes without administrative rescheduling fees, subject to availability and written confirmation. Rescheduling does not automatically extend the redemption deadline.

4.4 Cancellation before arrival. A Founder canceling confirmed dates before check-in retains the unused prepaid nights for future reservation, subject to availability and the redemption deadline. Personal Founder benefits remain subject to their own conditions.

4.5 No-show. JB Hospitality will make reasonable contact efforts and hold the accommodation for 24 hours after scheduled check-in before it may be released. The unused prepaid-night entitlement remains available through its original deadline.

4.6 Early departure and multiple visits. Unused prepaid nights are preserved after early departure, with the departure night counted as used. The Founder must notify management so the balance is documented. Remaining nights may be used across multiple separate visits without administrative fees, subject to availability, written confirmation, and completion by April 3, 2030, unless an extension or remedy applies.

4.7 One-time transfer. An original Founder may transfer some or all unused prepaid glamping nights once to a family member or friend, without a transfer fee. The Founder must request the transfer in writing and identify the recipient and number of nights. JB Hospitality will approve a valid transfer unless there is a reasonable operational or legal reason to decline it; any refusal will be explained. On written confirmation, transferred nights are deducted from the Founder's balance and may be used by the recipient across multiple visits, subject to availability and the original deadline. The recipient acquires neither original Founder status nor personal Founder benefits. The Founder retains untransferred nights, lifetime privileges, recognition rights, and the villa benefit. Transfer creates no additional Founder. Reversal or reassignment requires written approval.

4.8 Complimentary condo-villa stay. Each original Founder receives one complimentary four-day, three-night stay in a designated three-bedroom condo-villa in Las Terrenas, subject to availability. It may be taken before or after glamping, without reducing prepaid glamping nights, and must be completed by April 3, 2030 unless an extension or remedy applies. The villa benefit does not transfer with glamping nights.

4.9 Refunds and resort-caused inability to perform. The seven-day full refund policy applies if the stay has not begun. If JB Hospitality cannot honor a confirmed Founder reservation for a resort-related reason, the Founder may choose equivalent rescheduling without additional base accommodation charges or a full refund of payments toward the affected reservation, subject to applicable law. Where resort-related circumstances prevent timely use of a Founder benefit, JB Hospitality will provide an appropriate extension or remedy.

5. Cancellation Requests and Written Confirmations

5.1 Request channel. Guests may submit cancellation requests by email to or through another authorized written communication channel. Requests should identify the guest, reservation number and arrival date. No reason is required.

5.2 Effective date. Cancellation takes effect when received through an authorized channel, subject to reasonable identity and reservation verification; delayed staff processing does not postpone that effective date.

5.3 Acknowledgment. JB Hospitality will acknowledge cancellation and refund requests in writing within two business days of receipt and promptly request any information reasonably needed for verification.

5.4 Lodging credit notice. Within seven business days after verification of an eligible Early Reservation cancellation, JB Hospitality will provide written notice of the full lodging credit amount, issuance date, expiration date (36 months later), and redemption instructions.

5.5 Founder confirmation. Founder cancellation confirmations will identify unused prepaid nights and the April 3, 2030 redemption deadline, subject to any extension or remedy, rather than converting nights into a dollar-denominated credit.

5.6 Refund requests. Guests may seek cash refunds under the seven-day protection, resort-caused cancellation terms, or applicable law through the same written channels. Refund methods and timing are described in Payments & Refunds.

5.7 Records. JB Hospitality will maintain appropriate records of confirmations, cancellations, refunds, lodging credits and Founder night balances, and will provide written balance information on request.

1. Accommodation Rates and Promotional Pricing

Current accommodation rates, promotional Package prices, deposits, installment amounts and offers are displayed on the official Just B Resorts website at booking, including the Early Reservation and Founder's Reservation promotional pages. JB Hospitality may change published rates and offers for future reservations. Confirmed agreed prices will be honored, subject to applicable guest-requested modification rules. Taxes, mandatory fees and other charges will be disclosed before payment.

2. Early Reservation Payments

The initial Early Reservation deposit is credited toward the total Package price. Any installments, balances, due dates and applicable pre-opening promotional payment deadlines will be disclosed before booking and in written confirmation. Full payment must be made before arrival and by any stated promotional deadline. If the usual monthly schedule will not fit before that deadline, JB Hospitality may offer an accelerated schedule with guest agreement.

3. Founder's Reservation Payments

The Founder's Reservation is purchased at the price disclosed on the Founder's Reservation promotional page and confirmed in writing. It fully prepays the original seven-night base accommodation entitlement, with no further base accommodation balance. Included Founder benefits and redemption conditions appear in the other policy sections.

4. Seven-Day Full Refund Protection

Early Reservation and Founder's Reservation purchasers may request a full refund of all payments toward their Package within seven calendar days after initial payment, provided the stay has not begun. Requests may be made through official email or another authorized written channel and will be acknowledged within two business days. JB Hospitality will initiate approved cash refunds within 14 calendar days after verification. Bank and processor settlement may take longer. Any shorter mandatory legal timeline controls.

5. Missed Early Reservation Installments

If an installment is overdue, JB Hospitality will notify the guest in writing and allow a 10-calendar-day grace period. This does not extend the promotional payment deadline or payment-before-arrival requirement. If the amount remains unpaid after the grace period, JB Hospitality may release the confirmed dates after written notice, while preserving 100% of eligible Package payments as future lodging credit valid for 36 months from issuance.

6. 100% Future Lodging Credit Guarantee

An eligible Early Reservation canceled before check-in generates a lodging credit equal to 100% of Package payments made, without deductions for included breakfast or promotional benefits. Credit is valid for 36 months from issuance, and replacement lodging must be completed before expiration. It applies at participating Just B Resorts properties, subject to availability and then-current rates; guests pay any price difference and retain any unused credit until expiry. The original promotional rate and perks are not automatically carried over. Credits are not cash-redeemable except under an applicable refund right. Written credit confirmation will be provided within seven business days after verification.

7. Founder Unused-Night Protection

Founder cancellations, no-shows, date changes and early departures preserve unused prepaid nights rather than a dollar credit. The original April 3, 2030 deadline and other conditions in Reservations & Cancellations apply. This does not reduce seven-day or legally required refund rights.

8. Opening Delays and Resort-Initiated Cancellations

If JB Hospitality cannot provide confirmed accommodation because of an opening delay or other resort-related reason, guests may choose equivalent available rescheduling without additional base accommodation charges or a full refund of payments toward the affected reservation. Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 calendar days after verification, or sooner if law requires. If resort-caused circumstances prevent timely use of a Founder benefit, JB Hospitality will offer an appropriate extension or other remedy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

9. Taxes, Optional Charges and Payment Records

Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and mandatory fees will be disclosed before payment. Optional services and activities may incur separately disclosed charges. JB Hospitality will provide payment confirmations and maintain deposit, installment, refund, credit and Founder-night records. Refunds will ordinarily use the original payment method where feasible and lawful. Guests may request balances and refund-status information through authorized reservations channels.

1. Resort Experience

Just B Resorts offers a peaceful, nature-centered glamping experience with tropical gardens, walking paths, natural swimming facilities, and opportunities to enjoy the Samaná Peninsula. Guests are expected to respect the natural setting, other guests, staff and facilities.

2. Resort Opening and Accommodation Availability

The anticipated soft opening is February 1, 2027, with at least six tents expected to be available. The anticipated official opening is April 3, 2027, with all 15 planned tents expected to be available. These are projected dates, not guarantees. JB Hospitality will notify affected confirmed guests of material changes and provide the applicable rescheduling or refund remedies.

3. Early Reservation Promotional Benefits

The benefits included with each Early Reservation Package are those described on the Early Reservation promotional page and confirmed in writing. The current offer contemplates the following seven benefits:

• Benefit 1: Promotional Accommodation Savings. A discounted seven-night Package subject to published eligibility and payment deadlines.
• Benefit 2: Daily Breakfast for Two. Breakfast for two guests on each morning of the seven-night stay.
• Benefit 3: Tropical Welcome Treat. A seasonal tropical fruit welcome treat, subject to availability.
• Benefit 4: Guided Tropical Garden Experience. A scheduled introduction to resort gardens and locally grown fruits and vegetables.
• Benefit 5: Early Check-In or Late Checkout. One of these conveniences, subject to availability and operational needs.
• Benefit 6: Complimentary ATV Experience. One day of ATV use, including fuel, subject to availability and applicable age, license, insurance and safety requirements; any deposit or exclusions will be disclosed before participation.
• Benefit 7: Choice of Three Samaná Excursions. The guest may select one of three designated excursions. Specific choices will be listed later on the Early Reservation promotional page, with scheduling, transport, provider conditions and excluded costs disclosed before booking.

4. Nine Exclusive Founder Benefits

Original Founders receive the benefits identified on the Founder's Reservation promotional page and their written confirmation, subject to the applicable program conditions:

• Benefit 1: Lifetime Founder Reservation Privileges. Original-resort advance booking, participating future-resort priority, and exclusive 30-day enrollment before qualifying new Founder programs open to the public.
• Benefit 2: Complimentary Condo-Villa Vacation. One four-day, three-night stay in a designated three-bedroom Las Terrenas condo-villa, subject to availability and the applicable redemption deadline.
• Benefit 3: Daily Breakfast for Two. Breakfast for two each morning of the original seven-night glamping entitlement.
• Benefit 4: Tropical Welcome Basket. A complimentary basket of selected seasonal or local products.
• Benefit 5: Early Check-In and Late Checkout. Both privileges, subject to availability and operations.
• Benefit 6: Optional Founder Recognition. Voluntary recognition on a Founder display with the original Founder's consent.
• Benefit 7: Guided Eco-Garden Experience. A guided visit highlighting tropical gardens, fruits and vegetables, and sustainable growing practices.
• Benefit 8: Preferred Return-Visit Rates. Access to eligible preferred rates at participating properties, subject to offers and availability.
• Benefit 9: Complimentary Founder's Hats and Polo Shirts for Two. Each original Founder's Reservation receives two complete merchandise sets, one for each of two designated guests. Each set contains one Founder's hat and one Founder's polo shirt bearing the Just B Resorts logo. Sizes and availability will be coordinated in advance; delivery is during the first resort visit or another arrangement by JB Hospitality. This is a once-per-reservation benefit and does not transfer with unused glamping nights.

5. ATV Activities and Excursion Safety

ATV use and excursions are subject to applicable laws, age and license requirements, insurance, safety equipment, weather, availability and operator instructions. Guests must follow designated routes and reasonable safety guidance. Security deposits, exclusions and damage responsibilities will be disclosed before participation. JB Hospitality may restrict, reschedule or suspend unsafe activities. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Guest Conduct, Garden Fruits and Vegetables, and Environment

Guests must treat staff, other guests and property respectfully and follow posted rules for the natural pool, waterways, paths, footbridges and shared facilities. Guests may enjoy available fruits and vegetables grown on the property, with staff guidance on safe harvesting, seasonal availability and collection areas. Guests must not damage plants, disturb wildlife, litter or interfere with water circulation systems. Responsibility for guest-caused damage is limited to what applicable law permits.

7. Complimentary Benefits and Availability

Included benefits may depend on weather, scheduling, third-party providers or operations. JB Hospitality will make reasonable efforts to deliver confirmed benefits or provide an appropriate alternative or remedy when a material included benefit cannot be provided. Complimentary benefits are not separately cash-redeemable except as required by law or another applicable remedy.

8. Privacy and Communications

JB Hospitality will use guest information for reservation administration, payments and hospitality services in accordance with applicable privacy rules. Optional marketing communications are subject to guest preferences and required consent. Our Privacy Policy, on this page, explains our data practices and guest rights.

9. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by applicable Dominican Republic law, subject to mandatory consumer protection and other applicable legal requirements. Nothing limits nonwaivable rights or remedies.

JB Hospitality operates Just B, Siempre B Resort & Spa (Just B Resorts) in Barbacoa, Las Terrenas, Samaná, Dominican Republic, and this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. Questions can be sent to .

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you make a reservation, request a booking or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), how you heard about us (optional), your chosen dates and number of guests, any notes or requests you share (for example arrival time, a celebration or breakfast preferences), and selected experiences or excursions. For Founders, we may also ask for clothing sizes for the Founder's hats and polo shirts. For ATV and some excursions, we may need age, driver's license and safety information before you take part.

Messages. If you use the "Ask us" chat or write to us, we receive the content of your messages so we can answer them.

Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation of your payment, such as the amount, date, transaction reference, and payer name and email. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.

Information stored in your browser. The website remembers your language choice in your browser so it opens in the same language next time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell information to advertisers.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, to keep the site secure and working.

4. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Payment processors such as PayPal, to take and refund payments.
• Service providers that host our website, store our booking records and deliver email, under obligations to protect it.
• Activity and excursion providers, limited to what they need to serve you, such as your name, the number of guests and the date.
• Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• A successor business, if the resort or company is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

5. International Transfers

Our guests come from many countries, and some of our service providers store information outside the Dominican Republic, for example in the United States. When information is transferred, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep reservation and payment records for as long as needed to deliver your stay and honor any lodging credits or Founder entitlements (including through April 3, 2030, where applicable), and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax or other legal obligations require. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will act promptly if a problem occurs.

8. Your Rights

Under Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, such as to receive a copy of your data, restrict its use, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. 9. Children

This website is intended for adults. Reservations must be made by a person aged 18 or older, who provides any information about accompanying guests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes affecting existing reservations will be communicated by email.
